With capacity for up to 170 guests for cocktail receptions, 140 delegates in theatre-style seating, or 120 guests for banquets, the Floreat Room (A+B) provides a modern yet adaptable space designed to meet a variety of event needs. A mirrored feature wall and private bar add a touch of sophistication, making it ideal for cocktail functions, gala dinners, and special celebrations.

For smaller gatherings in Perth, the Floreat Room can be divided into two separate spaces—Floreat A and Floreat B—allowing for more intimate meetings, training sessions, or breakout rooms while still offering the convenience of a larger venue when required.
